GurukulLive for education

The online classroom that runs itself

Timetables, one-tap classes, automatic attendance and recordings — built for schools, colleges and coaching institutes across India.

How a class day works

Four steps, then it’s automatic

1. Set up once

Add classes, courses and batches, invite teachers and students by email or CSV, and build the weekly timetable.

2. Students see “Today”

Every enrolled student finds the day’s classes on their Home screen — on a phone or a laptop.

3. Teacher presses Start

The class opens with the teacher as host; every enrolled student’s card flips to “Live now — Join”.

4. Class ends, work is done

Attendance is computed, the recording processes and students are told it’s ready.

Questions from schools

Do students need email addresses?
Students can be invited by email today. Sign-in for students without email (school code + roll number) is on the way; until then, teachers can share a meeting link that allows guests.
Which plan do we need?
The Institute plan (₹2,999/month + GST) includes 5 teacher hosts, classes, timetable, auto-attendance and 100 hours of cloud recording a month. Extra teachers are ₹399/month each. Students are always free.
How many students can join one class?
Up to 300 participants per class on the Institute plan, with large-class packs for 500 or 1,000.
Can we try it first?
Yes — start on the Free plan or ask us for a guided demo and a trial of the Institute features.
